General Info
1)-If you are placing duplicate link while 1 is already in the process then it'll be your loss, no refunds for such orders will be made!
2)-We cannot guarantee the speed for any of the Instagram Followers Services, below 1$/k They can be instant, very fast, or may take up to 48 hours to get complete. We cannot cancel any order once placed. Order Accordingly.
3)-If your order has dropped under the start count, we will not refill your order. This is because your old followers are dropping and we are not covering your old orders. Thank you for your understanding.
4)- If you have a problem with any order (Such as dropped not completed) Please do not place another order before getting your Refund or Replacement for order, if you do so it will be your Loss We will not provide refunds for such cases as we do not know which server/order gets delivered and which does not.
5)- If your Followers/Likes Order is Partialled and service is with Guarantee we will not offer any Refills/Refunds in such cases as we partial because of your old drops especially counts like 500k, 1m, 2m, etc.
6)- If your order is dropped and you have placed new Order without refilling your old order. It will be your loss, we won’t be able to help you in this case.
7)- If You are ordering any Refill service and in between you used any No refill service, your refill validity will be over for your old orders.
8)- Please Note - If your Followers count is more than 1m then we suggest you use no refill service only, bcoz of old drops we won’t offer any refills for an account over 1m followers.
9)- If you are complaining "Marked Done but not delivered" after 1 day of completion of the order, please do not expect us to refund or re-deliver it for you. (for No refill Services)
10)- System will look at the start count when you put order and mark completed after reaching the final count. Please Don't ask us to cancel or anything with reason:" views/likes/subscriber comes from my real user, My fans, another seller.

1. By placing an order with khmerboost, you automatically accept all the below-listed term of services whether you read them or not.
2. We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing every order to ensure you are up to date with any changes or any future changes.
3. You will only use the khmerboost website in a manner which follows all agreements made with Soundcloud/Vine/Pinterest/Youtube/other social media site on their individual Terms of Service page.
4. khmerboost rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The terms stay in effect in the case of rate changes.
5. khmerboost does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and CheapesetPanel will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.
6. khmerboost tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected of us by our resellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.
7. We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for.
8. We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.
9. You will not upload anything into the khmerboost site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the YouTube or Soundcloud or Vine or Pinterest or Social Media community.
10. If your page had 100k+ followers/likes/views already before you order us, it will not cover refill protection, even if you order for refill server from us, as it's not possible to understand from where you lost the followers/likes/views.
Refund Policy
- Order Marked completed without done, Full Refund
- Order Not started within 5 days, Full Refund.
- We Provide partial Refund for all Refill services as Refill conditions.
- Orders placed in khmerboost will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed.
- You will receive a refund credit to your khmerboost account wallet if the order is non-deliverable.
- Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.

២)-យើងមិនអាចធានាល្បឿនសម្រាប់សេវាកម្មអ្នកតាមដាន Instagram ណាមួយបានទេ ក្រោម 1$/k វាអាចភ្លាមៗ លឿនខ្លាំង ឬអាចចំណាយពេលរហូតដល់ 48 ម៉ោងដើម្បីបញ្ចប់។ យើងមិនអាចលុបចោលការបញ្ជាទិញណាមួយបានទេ នៅពេលដែលបានដាក់។ សូមបញ្ជាទិញតាមនោះ។
៣)-ប្រសិនបើការបញ្ជាទិញរបស់អ្នកបានធ្លាក់ចុះក្រោមចំនួនចាប់ផ្តើម យើងនឹងមិនបំពេញការបញ្ជាទិញរបស់អ្នកឡើងវិញទេ។ នេះគឺដោយសារតែអ្នកតាមដានចាស់របស់អ្នកកំពុងធ្លាក់ចុះ ហើយយើងមិនគ្របដណ្តប់ការបញ្ជាទិញចាស់របស់អ្នកទេ។ សូមអរគុណចំពោះការយល់ដឹងរបស់អ្នក។
៤)-ប្រសិនបើអ្នកមានបញ្ហាជាមួយនឹងការបញ្ជាទិញណាមួយ (ដូចជាការធ្លាក់ចុះមិនបានបញ្ចប់) សូមកុំធ្វើការបញ្ជាទិញផ្សេងទៀតមុនពេលទទួលបានការសងប្រាក់វិញ ឬការជំនួសការបញ្ជាទិញរបស់អ្នក ប្រសិនបើអ្នកធ្វើដូច្នេះ វានឹងជាការខាតបង់របស់អ្នក យើងនឹងមិនផ្តល់ប្រាក់សងវិញសម្រាប់ករណីបែបនេះទេ ព្រោះយើងមិនដឹងថាម៉ាស៊ីនមេ/ការបញ្ជាទិញមួយណាត្រូវបានដឹកជញ្ជូន និងមួយណាមិន។
៥)- ប្រសិនបើការបញ្ជាទិញរបស់អ្នកត្រូវបានបដិសេធដោយផ្នែក ហើយសេវាកម្មមានការធានា យើងនឹងមិនផ្តល់ជូនការបំពេញបន្ថែម/សងប្រាក់វិញក្នុងករណីបែបនេះទេ ដោយសារយើងបដិសេធដោយផ្នែកដោយសារតែការធ្លាក់ចុះចាស់របស់អ្នក ជាពិសេសចំនួនដូចជា 500k, 1m, 2m ជាដើម។
៦)- ប្រសិនបើការបញ្ជាទិញរបស់អ្នកត្រូវបានលុបចោល ហើយអ្នកបានធ្វើការបញ្ជាទិញថ្មីដោយមិនបានបំពេញការបញ្ជាទិញចាស់របស់អ្នក។ វានឹងជាការខាតបង់របស់អ្នក យើងនឹងមិនអាចជួយអ្នកក្នុងករណីនេះបានទេ។
៧)- ប្រសិនបើអ្នកកំពុងបញ្ជាទិញសេវាកម្មបំពេញបន្ថែមណាមួយ ហើយនៅចន្លោះពេលដែលអ្នកបានប្រើប្រាស់សេវាកម្មមិនបំពេញបន្ថែមណាមួយ សុពលភាពនៃការបំពេញបន្ថែមរបស់អ្នកនឹងផុតកំណត់សម្រាប់ការបញ្ជាទិញចាស់របស់អ្នក។
៨)- សូមចំណាំ - ប្រសិនបើចំនួនអ្នកតាមដានរបស់អ្នកលើសពី 1m នោះយើងស្នើឱ្យអ្នកប្រើសេវាកម្មមិនបំពេញបន្ថែមតែប៉ុណ្ណោះ ដោយសារតែការធ្លាក់ចុះចាស់ៗ យើងនឹងមិនផ្តល់ជូនការបំពេញបន្ថែមណាមួយសម្រាប់គណនីដែលមានអ្នកតាមដានលើសពី 1m នោះទេ។
៩)- ប្រសិនបើអ្នកកំពុងត្អូញត្អែរថា "សម្គាល់ថារួចរាល់ ប៉ុន្តែមិនទាន់បានដឹកជញ្ជូន" បន្ទាប់ពី 1 ថ្ងៃនៃការបញ្ចប់ការបញ្ជាទិញ សូមកុំរំពឹងថាយើងនឹងសងប្រាក់វិញ ឬដឹកជញ្ជូនវាឡើងវិញសម្រាប់អ្នក។ (សម្រាប់សេវាកម្មមិនតម្រូវឱ្យបំពេញបន្ថែម)
១០)- ប្រព័ន្ធនឹងពិនិត្យមើលចំនួនចាប់ផ្តើមនៅពេលអ្នកធ្វើការបញ្ជាទិញ ហើយសម្គាល់ថាបានបញ្ចប់បន្ទាប់ពីឈានដល់ចំនួនចុងក្រោយ។ សូមកុំសុំឱ្យយើងលុបចោល ឬអ្វីផ្សេងទៀតដោយមានហេតុផល៖ "ចំនួនមើល/ចូលចិត្ត/អ្នកជាវបានមកពីអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ពិតរបស់ខ្ញុំ អ្នកគាំទ្ររបស់ខ្ញុំ ឬអ្នកលក់ផ្សេងទៀត។
ការបដិសេធ៖
khmerboost នឹងមិនទទួលខុសត្រូវចំពោះការខូចខាតណាមួយដែលអ្នក ឬអាជីវកម្មរបស់អ្នកអាចរងទុក្ខនោះទេ។
ការទទួលខុសត្រូវ៖
khmerboost មិនទទួលខុសត្រូវចំពោះការផ្អាកគណនី ឬការលុបរូបភាពណាមួយដែលធ្វើឡើងដោយ YouTube ឬ Soundcloud ឬ Vine ឬ Pinterest ឬប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយសង្គមផ្សេងទៀតឡើយ។
សេវាកម្ម
១. ដោយការដាក់ការបញ្ជាទិញជាមួយ khmerboost អ្នកទទួលយកលក្ខខណ្ឌនៃសេវាកម្មទាំងអស់ដែលបានរាយខាងក្រោមដោយស្វ័យប្រវត្តិ មិនថាអ្នកអានវាឬអត់នោះទេ។
២. យើងរក្សាសិទ្ធិក្នុងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរលក្ខខណ្ឌនៃសេវាកម្មទាំងនេះដោយមិនចាំបាច់ជូនដំណឹង។ អ្នកត្រូវបានគេរំពឹងថានឹងអានលក្ខខណ្ឌនៃសេវាកម្មទាំងអស់មុនពេលដាក់ការបញ្ជាទិញនីមួយៗ ដើម្បីធានាថាអ្នកទទួលបានព័ត៌មានថ្មីៗអំពីការផ្លាស់ប្តូរណាមួយ ឬការផ្លាស់ប្តូរនាពេលអនាគត។
៣. អ្នកនឹងប្រើប្រាស់គេហទំព័រ khmerboost តាមរបៀបដែលអនុវត្តតាមកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងទាំងអស់ដែលបានធ្វើឡើងជាមួយ Soundcloud/Vine/Pinterest/Youtube/គេហទំព័រប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយសង្គមផ្សេងទៀតនៅលើទំព័រលក្ខខណ្ឌនៃសេវាកម្មនីមួយៗរបស់ពួកគេ។
៤. អត្រា khmerboost អាចនឹងមានការផ្លាស់ប្តូរនៅពេលណាក៏បានដោយមិនចាំបាច់ជូនដំណឹង។ លក្ខខណ្ឌនានានៅតែមានសុពលភាពក្នុងករណីមានការផ្លាស់ប្តូរអត្រា។

៧. យើងមិនធានាថាអ្នកតាមដានថ្មីរបស់អ្នកនឹងធ្វើអន្តរកម្មជាមួយអ្នកទេ យើងគ្រាន់តែធានាអ្នកថានឹងទទួលបានអ្នកតាមដានដែលអ្នកបង់ប្រាក់។
៨. យើងមិនធានា 100% នៃគណនីរបស់យើងនឹងមានរូបភាពប្រវត្តិរូប ជីវប្រវត្តិពេញលេញ និងរូបភាពដែលបានផ្ទុកឡើងទេ ទោះបីជាយើងខិតខំធ្វើឱ្យរឿងនេះក្លាយជាការពិតសម្រាប់គណនីទាំងអស់ក៏ដោយ។
៩. អ្នកនឹងមិនផ្ទុកឡើងអ្វីទាំងអស់ទៅក្នុងគេហទំព័រ CheapestPanel រួមទាំងរូបភាពអាក្រាតកាយ ឬសម្ភារៈណាមួយដែលមិនត្រូវបានទទួលយក ឬសមរម្យសម្រាប់ YouTube ឬ Soundcloud ឬ Vine ឬ Pinterest ឬសហគមន៍ប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយសង្គម។
១០. ប្រសិនបើទំព័ររបស់អ្នកមានអ្នកតាមដាន/ចូលចិត្ត/មើលជាង ១០០,០០០+ នាក់រួចហើយមុនពេលអ្នកបញ្ជាទិញពីយើង វានឹងមិនគ្របដណ្តប់ការការពារការបំពេញបន្ថែមទេ ទោះបីជាអ្នកបញ្ជាទិញម៉ាស៊ីនបម្រើបំពេញបន្ថែមពីយើងក៏ដោយ ព្រោះវាមិនអាចយល់បានថាអ្នកបានបាត់បង់អ្នកតាមដាន/ចូលចិត្ត/មើលពីកន្លែងណា។
